Winning team members are responsible for any taxes or filing associated with the prize money.īy registering, you are committing to participate on November 19th any time between 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. The winning team will receive a check for $2,500 in the mail following the performance and $2,500 will be delivered directly to the non-profit chosen by the winner. Failure to submit song choices before the deadline will result in disqualification and the forfeit of the $100 deposit.
Song choices must be submitted via the provided form no later than 11:59 on November 12th. No songs from outside of the list will be accepted.Ĭontestants from the same team may not perform the same song or variations of the same song in multiple rounds. Songs must be selected from the designated list. Registration including song choice and performer names/order must be submitted by Friday, November 12thĪt 11:59 PM on Friday, November 12th this form will be locked and no further edits can be made. Multiple people cannot be on stage to perform at the same time. Participants must be registered in advance. Teams who fail to check in on time will be disqualified. Substitutions must be notified at the time of check-in. Substitutes may step in under extenuating circumstances such as illness, or any other reason that prevents an original singer from performing. Teams may designate up to 3 substitute singers as backup for the 3 designated singers.
Teams must send a new singer for each round. No one singer may perform in more than one round. on Friday, November 19, with all 3 singing contestants present. Parent or guardian must be present at the time of competition to sign a release waiver for any contestant under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to formally compete, or 12-17 years old with parent/ guardian permission. Microphones will be provided and song lyrics will be presented on screen.
